We offer a complete design and build service for developers which can include project management through planning stages, engineering & building control, interior design and then turn key construction.


Our input during the planning stages has proven to be highly effective, keeping a commercial ethos of cost and return ensuring profitability for the development as a whole. Securing planning consent with construction design consultation has reduced build costs and construction schedules in many of our projects, helping maximize returns for the developer and investors alike. We have been lucky enough to work closely with in all parts of the development team; architect designers, planning consultants and local estate agents, and in partnership with local councils who together have helped us turn ideas into successful developments.


With in-house CAD facilities we undertake structural design and detailed construction design, partnered with an experienced & practical engineering input, to ensure problems are designed out before we commence work on site. This forward thinking construction ethos and familiarity of over 20 years working experience with the same structural engineers, has allowed us to complete some very challenging projects in East London with great success.


Having over 40 years' experience working within all aspects of residential housing and retail construction, we enjoy a wealth of hands on building knowledge, practical trade skill and technical expertise. Combined with a resolute ethos to project and site management, we work hard to ensure projects are kept on schedule and costings with a "can do" attitude and tenacious determination to produce a building we and the developer are proud of.

Our construction teams are all practical trade based and we always provide a dedicated workforce to each project from its inception through to handing the keys to prospected buyers. This means our site team is familiar with the project and can work with warranty providers and building control with fluidity through the build process.

Project Management

Our project management is kept open and concise providing detailed weekly updates on progress, open allocated costings on fixtures and fittings allowing flexibility in design changes, fitting choices and possible savings to be made.

We organise, arrange and meet on site all service connections c/w design drawings & specifications, complete all SAP, Code For Sustainability, air / sound tests etc. and ensure all NHBC or BLP warranty providers are supplied with all the relevant details and designs to provide the complete service.
